Description: As David looks down from a palace balcony, Bathsheba bathes in a pool, accompanied by her attendants. As the numeral at the head of the page indicates, this is plate #97 in a series of illustrations, and the name of the engraver, Peter Paul Bouche (b. ca. 1646), has been set at the base.
