Description: The prophet Jonah is thrown overboard, swallowed by a large fish, and vomited onto dry land. The city of Nineveh is depicted in the background. As the numeral at the head of the page indicates, this is plate #152 in a series of illustrations, and the name of the engraver, Peter Paul Bouche (b. ca. 1646), has been set at the base.
