Description: This image depicts Rebekah serving water to Abraham's chief servant and camels, showing that she is God's chosen wife for Isaac. In the upper right-hand corner Sarah gives birth to Isaac, while in the lower right-hand corner an angel prevents Abraham from sacrificing Isaac on an altar as a burnt offering to God. In the upper left-hand corner Sarah is buried in a cave in the field of Ephron in Machpelah, while in the lower left-hand corner Abrham’s chief servant returns to Isaac with Rebekah.
