Description: This image depicts the walls of Jericho falling, as the priests blow trumpets and march around the city. To the upper-left the two Israelite spies escape from the house of Rahab the prostitute in the city of Jericho. At the top Joshua and the priests with the Ark of the Covenant lead the Israelites across the Jordan River, as an Israelite from each tribe collects a stone for a memorial. In the upper-right Joshua bows before the commander of the army of the Lord. To the left the Israelites stone Aachen and his family for taking loot after the fall of Jericho. To the right Joshua sacrifices offerings of well-being to the Lord on Mount Ebal. In the top-right corner the five kings of the cities of Jerusalem, Lachish, Hebron, Eglon, and Jarmuth, hang from a tree, while to the bottom-right corner Joshua leads the Israelites in battle against the Amorites. In the bottom-left corner the Israelites hamstring the horses and burn the chariots of the Canaanites, Amorites, Hittites, Perizzites, Jebusites, and Hivites after defeating them. At the bottom middle-left are the cities of refuge for the Israelites, while at the bottom middle-right Joshua gives his farewell address.
