Description: On the left: Saint Carlo Borromeo lifts up the chalice. ON the upper left, an Israelite paints the lintels of a door with lamb's blood. On the upper right, Jesus hangs from the cross attended by three angels. Behind the cross is Jerusalem unobscured by a the crowd, and at the foot of the cross is the skull of Adam. On the right: on the left, Saint Nicolas of Tolentino holds lilies and an open book on which pieces of bread (?) rest. On his chest is a bright eight-pointed star. On the right, Saint Cajetan (?) stands holding lilies and a burning, winged heart, perhaps in reference to his "Oratory of Divine Love." A rosary is looped through his belt.
